Are you guys really going to be able to keep up this pace of amazing me EVERY DAY for the next 4 months?!
georgeb | October 22, 2012 10:43 am
I had already preordered through a participating retailer before this was announced. How do I link up my preorder to access Industrial Rev.?
Thanks!!
ig.leonie | October 22, 2012 12:35 pm
Please contact the retailer where you pre-ordered it. They can cancel your old one, and create a new one for you that comes with a code!
georgeb | October 22, 2012 1:20 pm
Ah ok sweet, thanks for the swift response Leonie. 🙂
georgeb | October 22, 2012 1:41 pm
So I cancelled and re-pre-ordered through the preordernow.com link to FutureShop here in Canada. Didn’t get any code though. Hrmm.. Any ideas?
ig.leonie | October 22, 2012 2:13 pm
Hmmm . Sorry to hear that. We’ll see what we can find out from them. Hang tight!
georgeb | October 22, 2012 2:27 pm
Thanks, I sent in a support ticket with them as well and will fill you in with the details when I hear back. Thanks for the feedback, I know you must be busy busy busy!!
IG.Ratana | October 23, 2012 3:01 pm
Hi georgeb, we just got word that Futureshop will be sending out Industrial Revolution codes by the end of the week!
taigoman | October 22, 2012 3:42 pm
Hi, the retailers listed at http://www.bioshockinfinite.com/pre-order are the ones that have the access to this puzzle game?
Because I usually pre-order from amazon.co.uk (which does show up on the retailers list) and they don’t mention the offer code, nor did I get one, I also understand the pre-orders on europe started only today, but I really didn’t want to risk losing the premium edition 🙂
IG.Ratana | October 22, 2012 4:11 pm
Hi taigoman, you should contact Amazon customer service and they’ll be able to assist you with your code.
knightcarver | October 22, 2012 4:31 pm
When will retailers be aware of this? I usually am more in the know then they are lol. I pre-ordered the Ultimate from EB Games in Australia and they are listed. 🙂
borrego | October 22, 2012 4:45 pm
Sounds awesome! GameStop knew all about it when I switched mine over.
krankor | October 22, 2012 5:31 pm
What about purchases made through the Irrational Store(2K Store)? I’m not even sure how to contact anyone about that! 🙂
I won’t mind switching as long as I can still get Ultimate Songbird!
IG.Ratana | October 22, 2012 6:02 pm
Krankor,
Please contact 2K via this link: http://support.2k.com/anonymous_requests/new

Amazon.de also told me that they do not know anything about the codes. I have even talked to them via telephone, since they did not got what I asked for. At the end of the call they still thought that the codes are something that has to do with the actual game. The support-guy there told me that I will need to wait until the game has been released until they will send out codes. It would be awesome, if someone could inform them about what is going on. Besides the problem that I do not have a code yet, I can not verify my email-adress, since I do not get any emails from Irrational. I do not know why, but I can not even reset my password for the forums because I do not get the resetemail. Problems over problems. Let’s just hope that the release itself will work just right then.
IG.Ratana | October 23, 2012 10:33 am
Hey fullmoonstar! I’m going to look into this for you and keep you posted!
dannysal | October 22, 2012 10:29 pm
Amazon.com emailed the code to me today! It is a flash game so it doesn’t work on my iPad. Looking forward to playing on my PCM later.
xboxbetty | October 23, 2012 5:48 am
Has anyone else pre-ordered through GameStop? They will email me the code? I’m assuming it takes a few days?
ig.leonie | October 23, 2012 7:32 am
Hi xboxbetty – GameStop has a mention on their website that says that they may take up to 2 business days, here is a copy of it:
Online Customers: A code will be provided via email within 2 business days of pre-order.
Store / In-Store Pickup Customers: The code will be provided at the time of pre-order.
Hope that helps!

Just in case anyone else has this problem…I preordered through gamestop, waited about a week and never got the code. I had to contact customer service and they emailed it to me.
kusuriuri | October 23, 2012 8:10 am
When i try to pre order from UK retailers ..they dont have the collectors edition for pre-order…its that collectors edition only for us?
IG.Ratana | October 23, 2012 10:35 am
Hi kusuriuri, GAME is the exclusive retailer for the Ultimate Songbird Edition in the UK. You can pre-order it here: http://bit.ly/ReYKpi
co10 | October 24, 2012 7:29 pm
Hi. I ordered the Songbird Edition from GAME, but it doesn’t mention the Industrial Revolution game. Are GAME involved in it in any way?
elammobandito | October 23, 2012 8:27 pm
I pre-ordered in store at eb games (I live in Canada), and I didn’t get a code. I’m not sure they have my email address, should I try to contact them? Also, I noticed Canada isn’t a country option for where you are supposed to go to redeem the code (https://www.finkmanufacturing.com/age-gate).
IG.Ratana | October 24, 2012 9:34 am
Hi elammobandito, EB games will be sending you the codes within 2 days of your pre-order as stated on their website. If you are concerned that they don’t have your email address, please contact their customer service to verfify. Hope this helps!
dbviii | October 24, 2012 7:23 am
i pre-ordered from steam and they have info on there about this puzzle game so i thought i would get the pre-order code!
IG.Ratana | October 24, 2012 9:50 am
Hey there dbvii, Steam is participating in the Industrial Revolution pre-order bonus. I’ll look into when you should expect to receive your code and get back to you.
IG.Ratana | October 24, 2012 3:23 pm
Steam pre-orders and users do not require a code.
First go to http://www.finkmanufacturing.com and click on “Redeem Code” (even though you don’t have one). Then sign in with a facebook account or by creating a new account. Once you’re past the login window, select Steam as your platform of choice which will then show you the following message:
“For Steam pre-orders only: When you click this button you will be brought to the Steam Community site. You will need to login to verify your account. Once your account has been verified, and we have confirmed that you have pre-ordered BioShock Infinite on Steam, you will be brought back here to complete the registration. If you did not pre-order the game with Steam, select “PC” as your platform, and enter the sixteen digit code you received with your pre-order.”
Click on the “Sign in through Steam” button and it will bring you to this page. Sign in using your Steam account and you’re done.
Hope this helps!
binyamin | October 24, 2012 6:08 pm
How does it work if you don’t have a facebook account, and you ordered the pre-order through steam?
If I follow the url on the steam page to play the game, and login user the creds I created to post this comment, it says “We could not locate the specified user.”
any ideas?
binyamin | October 24, 2012 6:23 pm
ahh – it’s a different account, why I don’t know. If you follow the directions above, regardless of your account status for irrationalgames.com you can login to your steam account.
IG.Ratana | October 24, 2012 6:30 pm
Hi binyamin, if you don’t have a facebook account, the other option is to create a user account (which is not necessarily your Irrational Games account). After you’ve done this, you can select Steam as your platform and then you can sign into your Steam account.
rockzombie | October 30, 2012 4:01 pm
GAME UK are emailing the codes on a rolling monthly basis, pre-orders placed before Oct 24th should get the code on Nov 1st, pre-orders after will have to wait until Nov 29th, and then Dec 27th.
It does seems a bit lame having to wait a month when pre-orders for Hitman received the codes for the bonus sniper challenge almost instantly.
IG.Ratana | October 31, 2012 3:06 pm
Hi rockzombie! We’re looking into this with GAME to find out if they can send out the codes any sooner. We’ll keep you posted!
