Dan Hipp is a humble comic artist from southern California. He’s the artist of several series, such as the Amazing Joy Buzzards, Gyakushu!, a cover artist for DC Comics and Image Comics, and in his off-time, he makes doodles about pop-culture. When he posted a new sketch mixing two of our favorite things (Big Daddies and killer guitars), we couldn’t help taking notice.
Take a look at Dan Hipp’s BioShock-oriented piece and his other work on his website and be sure to let us know what you think in the comments section below!

Besides his Bioshock piece of art , he has the Drive soundtrack as his favorite at the moment. Those two things = Win!

GOOD LORD! The guy’s choice of subject matter is phenomenal. Adventure Time? Cowboy Bebop? Dr Who? Marvel comics? And some of them are pretty old/obscure references. Wow. I’m going to have to follow his site now.

Apparently this man knows what is UP. I love it! It would be sweet to know what songs that big daddy plays on that thing.
