The fans at NeoGAF are a special breed. Sometimes they do things that amaze developers, including us here at Irrational Games. One great example is the NeoGAF Collection: A Criterion approach to Game Covers, in which fans created covers of their favorite games in the same style as Criterion’s great DVD and BluRay covers. One member created a great cover for BioShock, pictured above. Follow the link above to the original thread on NeoGAF, or go here for the gallery.

I spent hours looking through that thread awhile back. Some of those covers are amazing. I downloaded a few of them but I have yet to print them out. This BioShock cover is one of the best.

I kept thinking about this cover all day today – it was like having a song stuck in my head except instead of listening to it I had to come back and look at it again.

I remember seeing this a while back. VERY cool! As a film buff and a graphic designer, I am a BIG fan of the Criterion covers.
