Undertow, loved pulling people off guard and smashing them with my skyhook!
loganmay | July 10, 2013 11:26 am
My favorite was of course Shock Jockey!! Nothing better than electrifying the enemies than filling them with repeater lead!!
chaozzzjohnny | July 10, 2013 11:27 am
Bucking Bronco. Helped so much on 1999.
fearlessjew | July 10, 2013 11:28 am
Murder of Crows. I don’t know why, but it was just my favorite to use.
steamman85 | July 10, 2013 11:28 am
Shock Jockey all the way.
hunterwolfe | July 10, 2013 11:29 am
Undertow because it makes me feel like a water bender. 😉
lopezlerdo | July 10, 2013 11:29 am
Bucking Bronco!
elijahexile | July 10, 2013 11:30 am
I was quite partial to the bucking bronco, nothing like enforcing your awesomeness upon a Zealot of the Lady.
nizzu | July 10, 2013 11:30 am
Shock Jockey. Shock Jockey followed by a blow from the Skyhook… the “One-Two Punch” never gets old.
darqstalker | July 10, 2013 11:30 am
Possession – Because making those turrets kill the enemies helped a ton..
heliyum | July 10, 2013 11:30 am
On my first play through it was Undertow, I loved pulling people to me and blasting them apart with the hand cannon.
Second play though it was Possession, made the 1999 mode a tiny bit easier.
So far on my current play though, it’s Murder of Crows simply because of how cool and macabre it is.
tangerinetrain | July 10, 2013 11:30 am
Definitely Undertow. So fun getting to knock people off of the side!
koifishing | July 10, 2013 11:33 am
Shock Jockey. Who needs the power company?
asharachal | July 10, 2013 11:33 am
murder of crows. love the macabre vibe of it.
dizzykitsune | July 10, 2013 11:35 am
Charge all the way! 😀
gothaggis | July 10, 2013 11:35 am
murder of crows…because i’m from baltimore……so edgar allen poe, ya know (ok ok should be ravens)
lukelegge808 | July 10, 2013 11:35 am
The best vigor by far is bucking bronco cos when a guy is trying to shoot you its so funny to just lift them off their feet and watch them fly over the edge before they plummet to their graves.
jndalog | July 10, 2013 11:35 am
Bucking Bronco, because of the awesome transformation your hand goes through and of course making enemies helplessly floaty.
macincrash | July 10, 2013 11:36 am
Murder of Crows WITH Devil’s Kiss. Because, well, c’mon! BIRDS ON FIRE! TAKE THAT!
ferblake | July 10, 2013 11:36 am
Return to sender because it makes you feel empowered and untochable 😀 helped a lot against patriots
mellgadeath | July 10, 2013 11:36 am
I love the “Murder of Crows”. There’s nothing more satisfying than watching your enemy occupy themselves while you strategize all the other ways you can defeat them. That and the nearly countless combination of vigors only amplifies the affects that Bioshock fans have been wanting since day one.
bulkhead72 | July 10, 2013 11:36 am
Murder of Crows, because a Flock of Seagulls just don’t cut it.
nigel | July 10, 2013 11:36 am
For me it was definitely ‘Return to Sender’! The whole black hand effect made me feel like Dumbledore in the Half blood prince haha! It came in super handy against turrets and is an all round great Vigor!
haiitheredella | July 10, 2013 11:37 am
Murder of Crows was definitely my favourite Vigor. When in a sticky situation, it really helped out as it attacked multiple targets at once. The fact that you have the ability to set a trap with this Vigor was also very useful because it often helped to alert me to enemies that I hadn’t noticed.
jmjjj595 | July 10, 2013 11:37 am
Return to Sender, because it was very powerful and absorbed damage. Basicallu killing them with their own gun!
lauggie | July 10, 2013 11:39 am
Charge and a shotgun. Nothing was more satisfying than slamming into those Vox and then blasting them with a shotgun.
xxxxxogxxxxx196 | July 10, 2013 11:41 am
I Like to use the decoy with Return To Sender and they just fill it up while I’m hiding in a corner. 🙂
ororomunnroe | July 10, 2013 11:41 am
Murder of Crows using that combo with a shotgun is just pretty great. 😀
nebur | July 10, 2013 11:41 am
Undertow! When I encounter enemies and have low ammo, I grab ’em then knock them off Columbia.
arturopicazo | July 10, 2013 11:44 am
I reaaally like Return to Sender, it looks Insane, and with enough bullets there, it can blast almost anyone, instead of myself being killed.
cheesetoken54 | July 10, 2013 11:44 am
shock jocky because it can sometimes shock the enemies head off’ pretty.
honeycut1 | July 10, 2013 11:45 am
Murder of Crows for me. I thought it was lots of fun and the name alone made me happy.
salmonbuffalo | July 10, 2013 11:46 am
I personally like Devil’s Kiss. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried using it on a fireman, only to laugh at my own stupidity. Good times…
philthyfork | July 10, 2013 11:46 am
Incinerate: lay molten traps all over the place, then draw in the vox/founders to watch the place EXPLODE!
jameswoooods | July 10, 2013 11:47 am
Possession + Shock Jockey. Superb combination.
stradivarius | July 10, 2013 11:47 am
Undertow! My reason is, for instance, the last level where Booker is on the bow/deck of the ship, I would use it to push enemies over the edge. It was a huge help when beating it on hard and 1999 mode.
sawyerrev | July 10, 2013 11:50 am
Murder of Crows – lets me take my time
takingshape | July 10, 2013 11:51 am
Murder of Crows w/ a side order of Devil’s Kiss
satanpuppet | July 10, 2013 11:51 am
Bucking Bronco was definitely the most useful throughout the game. With a shotgun- I was invincible! It was also really helpful in 1999 mode.
johnson202 | July 10, 2013 11:51 am
Definitely undertow, firing people off Columbia… what more do you want?
brickfungus | July 10, 2013 11:52 am
murder of crows all day
gr33neggsnspam | July 10, 2013 11:52 am
Possession: As if having lunkies to do your dirty work wasn’t good enough, they take themselves out afterwards from the shame of helping the False Shepherd!
poezilla2010 | July 10, 2013 11:52 am
Murder of Crows… It’s just satisfying to shoot a dude in the face while he’s covered in pecking birds!
alphanubis | July 10, 2013 11:52 am
My favorite Vigor is Bucking Bronco, that vigor helped e a lot to pass the hard difficulty and sometimes the Shock Jockey.
rupert93 | July 10, 2013 11:53 am
Charge: You got to, literally, charge at people. Charge at people, with metal! No need for tactics, intelligence or a regard for safety. Charge up, ram’em, blood and metal everywhere!
kennethmart2016 | July 10, 2013 11:53 am
Murder of Crows .. its just amazing !
aidmyster22 | July 10, 2013 11:53 am
bucking bronco it gave me time to fight alot of enemys and a better chance of survivial if i have a long ranged weapon
eugaet | July 10, 2013 11:54 am
Murder of Crows. Because I’m a big fan of James O’Barr’s The Crow.
cocopoofs | July 10, 2013 11:54 am
So how ’bout them handy men?
johnny2coats | July 10, 2013 11:54 am
Definitely shock jockey.. Through all of the Bioshock games I have always loved the zap/melee combo.. The one two punch.. 😉
joaonetogodoy | July 10, 2013 11:54 am
Murder of Crows for sure! Cause killer crows are awsome… even more when you control them! 😉
scrachy | July 10, 2013 11:55 am
Mine is Murder Of Crows because when ever I use it I always caw caw like a bird.
mikomiwhitlock | July 10, 2013 11:55 am
Shock Jockey – It was electrifying!
It was easy to use in a pinch and it was just plain fun.
bioshockpro | July 10, 2013 11:55 am
I would have to say Charge, with both power ups. It helped be to defeat the siren in 1999 mode soooo much easier!
scottiv | July 10, 2013 11:55 am
Shock Jockey – stun numerous enemies at the same time, plus extra fun when around water! 😉
pache88 | July 10, 2013 11:56 am
Devil’s Kiss is my favorite. Always been a fan of fire since my friends and I were kids. Nothing like burning an enemy to defeat them.
pwnage | July 10, 2013 11:56 am
Mine has to be Charge, no better feeling than running straight into your opponent & then seeing them fly away when you hit them head on
schrodingersnek | July 10, 2013 11:56 am
Undertow. Hands down.
tripwirecartel | July 10, 2013 11:57 am
devil’s kiss! it just stuck with me the whole game as my go-to vigor
chicktepus | July 10, 2013 11:57 am
My favorite vigor is shock jocky as it has shocking results.
synack | July 10, 2013 11:57 am
Shock Jockey, always helpful with groups of enemies.
goombahmike | July 10, 2013 11:57 am
Definitely Murder of Crows. Unleashing a quick volley, moving on to another enemy, and coming back to find someone pecked to death on the ground is truly satisfying.
meesepantsu | July 10, 2013 11:58 am
Definitely Murder of Crows. The way it stuns and damages at the same time is beautiful and extremely helpful. Then when it’s upgraded and used to kill someone and another crow’s nest drops and effects someone else? Oh man. The vigor combinations with it are really cool too.
anthonythibault | July 10, 2013 11:58 am
I’m all about possession. There’s just something about using your enemy to aid you, and then watching them kill themselves that’s oh so satisfying.
plotdriven | July 10, 2013 11:59 am
On 1999 I found Bucking Bronco to be the most useful, and the scary horse scream is awesome!
Other difficulties would be Devil’s Kiss with the Storm gear. The combination effectively lets you sprint through areas because of the repeated splash damage.
Those two vigors used in tandem are perfect too. 🙂
devlin88 | July 10, 2013 11:59 am
Undertow, Holding multiple enemies up in front of me, powerless to do anything gives me a huge power rush before throwing them off of Columbia
kradendarkstar2 | July 10, 2013 11:59 am
Murder of crows for sure distracting a crow while you go in for the kill is always a favorite
hazza369 | July 10, 2013 12:00 pm
Devils kiss…has great power and its great to watch those enemies burn!
anubisarcane | July 10, 2013 12:00 pm
Murder of Crows…I mean what better way to defeat my enemies other then by feathers, beaks, and sharp talons? Am I right? 🙂
fleshlightcop | July 10, 2013 12:02 pm
This is a comment. You guys should all preorder Wasteland 2 for PC.
fr0stfall | July 10, 2013 12:02 pm
there was someone that i agreed with, but i don’t remember the username since i had to go make a new account. :/ but my favorite was probably murder of crows! it was just one of those things that i can’t explain why i love them(:
jakeo | July 10, 2013 12:03 pm
Shock Jockey – throwback to the first two Bioshock games and the results were shocking!
demonmast12 | July 10, 2013 12:03 pm
murder of crows cause the way of the way it looks when you use it plus i have the key chain to it
zealin | July 10, 2013 12:03 pm
Undertow, snipers and Handymen became a lot easier to handle plus the bonus electric stun helped vaporize enemies! The jet of water helped with getting some breathing room in groups of enemies as well.
rockstar0982 | July 10, 2013 12:03 pm
Charge, fully upgraded, hands-down. This proved especially invaluable playing through 1999 mode (particularly when battling the Siren).
spikerxpunk | July 10, 2013 12:03 pm
murder of crows because I like to stun the enemies with it then shoot them.
sh0rtbuzdriver | July 10, 2013 12:03 pm
Shock jockey! Loved shocking people through all three games. And it was my go to one when fighting most bug enemies. Shooting something that can’t move or hurt you for a bit is the best in my book!
100% bioshock Infinite
celestesilver | July 10, 2013 12:04 pm
Combo of Murder of Crows and Shock Jokey! Always have been a fan of the electric power but Crows totally became my favorite.
ispy999 | July 10, 2013 12:05 pm
Bucking Bronco is my favorite for the reason it is useful against almost anything and gives the chance to recover from damage, get a better shot, or reload.
notthefbi | July 10, 2013 12:05 pm
Undertow is my favorite. It’s pretty handy for throwing dudes off ledges.
morningkill | July 10, 2013 12:05 pm
Murder of Crows, by far. Nothing tears punks apart better.
8bitpope | July 10, 2013 12:07 pm
Murder of Crows. Nothing quite like unleashing a bunch of blood thirsty squawking crows eh?!
pistoleshrimp | July 10, 2013 12:07 pm
Undertow – not only do I have a love of all underwater creatures but it also comes in handy when you need to punch a guy in the face and he’s too far away.
gerardogios | July 10, 2013 12:08 pm
Murder of crows combined with shock jockey, creating extremely powerful and electrifying crows!
babelfish112 | July 10, 2013 12:08 pm
Shock Jockey! So much fun to use, and is great when used against the Motorised Patriot to allow some time to get around it to shoot the gears at the back!
beaniedennard | July 10, 2013 12:08 pm
Shock Jokey. I love using it when there was a group of enemies, it worked great.
klutzyduck | July 10, 2013 12:08 pm
I probably used murder of crows 75% more than the others. Loved it.
yesdiocan92 | July 10, 2013 12:08 pm
Kiss of the devil! I love burn anything!!!
alejandrotoro | July 10, 2013 12:09 pm
Murder of crows, it gives you the chance to think about a creative way to finish your enemies
gellus | July 10, 2013 12:09 pm
hmmm…thats a tough decision! I think I’m going to go with Shock Jockey, it has gotten me out of quite a few sticky situations with precious seconds to find cover!!
warcryer | July 10, 2013 12:11 pm
Mine would be Murder of Crows because I literally had to do nothing but watch how my enemies kept dying at my crows’ wings.
aruno | July 10, 2013 12:13 pm
“Shock Jockey” It´s definitely my favorite, ever since Bioshock 1 electricity was a powerfull weapon and tool, I love to see on this game a vigor with that element, it serve the same as sword and shield 😀
randomltrguy | July 10, 2013 12:14 pm
Possession!!! what better way to achieve your goal than having a totally honest, non-backstabbing ally that fights for you.
jalacy93 | July 10, 2013 12:15 pm
Devils kiss for sure! its so useful throughout the whole game, especially paired with murder of crows.
polerand | July 10, 2013 12:15 pm
Murder of Crows – it’s the first one I saw long ago and I remember thinking it seemed terrifying and I looked forward to putting it to use. It did not disappoint.
manix84 | July 10, 2013 12:15 pm
I have an irrational love for Murder of Crows. Fantastic way to kill lots of enemies when you upgraded to add the nest drops. So much fun. 😀
rapidsom | July 10, 2013 12:16 pm
Return to Sender, I mean the fact you can hold bullets your enemies fired at you hold them in front of you and blast them back at them is just ridiculously awesome. And watching your body adjust to it the first time as the skin on your hands whittles away to just the bone is pretty freaking cool and on top of that the bottle itself is probably the coolest model of all the vigors
rsanqwerty | July 10, 2013 12:17 pm
Definitely Murder of Crows, I love being able to set a trap to send an onslaught of crows. I also enjoy comboing it with Devil’s Kiss to set a murder of flaming crow at a Handyman. =)
kerryj | July 10, 2013 12:18 pm
Bucking Bronco because making something float in the air and shooting it down is fun….plus you get a shiny achievement for it 😀
cade01 | July 10, 2013 12:18 pm
I liked return to sender the best! it was extremely useful while playing on the harder difficulties!
ladyknight515 | July 10, 2013 12:18 pm
Murder of Crows full upgrade. Making more nests after an enemy dies. No one stood a chance
pandiosity | July 10, 2013 12:18 pm
murder of crows of course.
😉
mack200 | July 10, 2013 12:19 pm
My favorite is Devil’s Kiss. There’s nothing like lobbing a fireball at an enemy.
tmacag | July 10, 2013 12:19 pm
Charge!!!!
jestergren | July 10, 2013 12:19 pm
Undertow. Man overboard!
krisfireball544 | July 10, 2013 12:19 pm
Bucking bronco easier way to keep ur enemies still and send guns a blazing there way were a choice of cover is no longer an option to them with this vigor
logannorch | July 10, 2013 12:19 pm
Undertow… Because I am in the mood to feel like Cthulhu 🙂
darkseed98 | July 10, 2013 12:20 pm
Shock Jockey, it was always very usefull and it makes for good traps.
fredsy | July 10, 2013 12:21 pm
Sky-Hook looked awesome at an Avatar so I choose drum roll ………. Sky-Hook!
megamellophone | July 10, 2013 12:21 pm
Bucking bronco is my favorite, especially because you can hit people off the edge of Columbia.
countalucard66 | July 10, 2013 12:21 pm
Possession. Nothing like getting the bad guys to do the work for me.
tyresoflaherty | July 10, 2013 12:21 pm
I loves me some Return to Sender.
sunkencity | July 10, 2013 12:22 pm
My Favorite was Devil’s kiss because it tasted like Blueberry’s mixed with a hint of gasoline, the fists of fireballs weren’t bad either.
dezzyman | July 10, 2013 12:22 pm
It would most definitely have to be the Bucking Bronco, because it is so much easier to kill people once you start going human skeet shooting.
banjo999 | July 10, 2013 12:23 pm
Charge certainly provided a major advantage to us players who prefer melee combat. Attacking is a lot easier when you can instantaneously zip across the field.
erikbertilsson | July 10, 2013 12:23 pm
Obviously Murder of Crows, it keeps people occupied so I can take care of them myself or kills them by itself if I take too long
gonyo | July 10, 2013 12:24 pm
Bucking Bronco. Loved it on 1999.
hector | July 10, 2013 12:24 pm
Shock jockey, because I wish i could zap a lot of people
strikingsilver | July 10, 2013 12:24 pm
Murder of Crows! It was just so awesome.
awesomecity | July 10, 2013 12:26 pm
Possession, those armored rocket launcher guys were OP without it on 1999.
crayolabox | July 10, 2013 12:26 pm
Its hard to pick, but probably Murder of Crows , I love how helpful it can be in any situation but I also love how painful it looks, and it amuses me in the creepiest way possible. Haha
silentr0cka | July 10, 2013 12:26 pm
Return to sender + ammo upgrade has saved my life more times than I can remember!
lderlappen | July 10, 2013 12:28 pm
Charge!
I just Click, charge and BOOM! Right to the chest! thats the best vigor ever 😀
leevstheworld | July 10, 2013 12:28 pm
My favourite has to be undertow for pulling annoying enemies towards me or knocking them off the edge of colombia!!
biggig | July 10, 2013 12:28 pm
Murder of Crows, because I accidentaly scared the minds of many little children watching a Dink and Dimwit stage show with it.
aurorared | July 10, 2013 12:31 pm
I love Murder of Crows! I really love it when I can make traps, and I’m out of ammo, so I just wait and let them kill themselves.
sc4rlet4ngel | July 10, 2013 12:33 pm
I’m so in for this one.
ryanpry | July 10, 2013 12:38 pm
It sucks because I have Bioshock Infinite for Steam, but I love Undertow it is designed brilliantly and is such an amazing power to have. I really enjoy all of the vigors because they are just so well made. Bioshock forever!!
javs24 | July 10, 2013 12:41 pm
Murder of Crows! Sending crows to your enemies and watch them be eaten alive. What’s not to love about that vigor?!
puttzy95 | July 10, 2013 12:41 pm
Has to be Undertow, For no other reason than it is so surreal
nukedxpenguin | July 10, 2013 12:48 pm
I love Undertow. There was something completely satisfying about throwing people off of Columbia. And it made that achievement a lot easier!
zeefanox | July 10, 2013 12:50 pm
Undertow, because tossing around with enemies makes you feel like a god.
fantasticpigeon | July 10, 2013 12:53 pm
My favorite is the Bucking Bronco because it’s convenient, looks disgusting, and sounds AMAZING with headphones!
asphalt | July 10, 2013 12:54 pm
return to sender because it reminds me of the Freeman’s Gravity gun
theshep3000 | July 10, 2013 12:54 pm
Shock Jockey. Especially in that last epic battle, I set shock traps everywhere and just wait for the waves of baddies to come and set em off, so I can send them a shotgun blast to the electrified dome.
joelpickup | July 10, 2013 12:56 pm
Bucking bronco- because watching endless people floating in the air and shooting them down just doesn’t get old
sicar603 | July 10, 2013 1:01 pm
My favorite one is Shock Jockey, because it’s the easiest way to stun an enemy on difficulty 1999 :0
johndoh453 | July 10, 2013 1:01 pm
Charge – It really helped me complete 1999 mode towards the end of the game.
desporan | July 10, 2013 1:02 pm
Mine would have to be Undertow just because I like the Tool song and album Undertow.
jorge | July 10, 2013 1:02 pm
BUCKING BRONCO: because the enemies stay in the air an you can do whatever you want with their poor souls =)
singularity21 | July 10, 2013 1:05 pm
Undertow, with out a question. The ability to dispatch a foe over the edge or bring his sorry excuse of an existence to me to end, was all I really ever needed.
suniazenha | July 10, 2013 1:08 pm
The might Songbird
warheropr | July 10, 2013 1:09 pm
Murder of Crows!!! Nothing better thant watching crows eating flesh!!! lol
insectswarm | July 10, 2013 1:17 pm
Return to Sender.
Stopping those bullets mid-air makes me feel like im playing the first demo we seen of Bioshock Infinite.
‘Ready, Fire!’
*Catches projectile, turns it around, throws it back at baddies*
*BOOOM!!*
mechfusion | July 10, 2013 1:18 pm
My favourite Vigor is Possession. When possession when fully upgraded not only does the cost lower, but human enemies commit suicide after it wears off. This allows the player to reduce the number of enemies to watch during a fight while others are picked off by the possessed.
armorf0r | July 10, 2013 1:21 pm
Undertow! I even have the octopus symbol tattooed on my elbow 🙂
spata | July 10, 2013 1:22 pm
Devil’s Kiss, because clusters of fireballs are always fun
blutkaefer | July 10, 2013 1:24 pm
My favorite would have to be Murder of Crows. It’s more or less the spiritual successor to my favorite plasmid (Insect Swarm), the egg traps they left behind made taking out groups of enemies a lot easier and being able to combo with both Devil’s Kiss for damage or Shock Jockey for stun duration saved my skin in 1999 Mode.
Plus, you shoot ravens from your hands. That’s awesome in any context.
leoprego | July 10, 2013 1:25 pm
Bucking Bronco is the best definitely! Using him and using a shotgun after, is the perfect combination to blow up enemies awaaay in the sky.
ninoflors | July 10, 2013 1:25 pm
My favorite vigor is the Shock Jokey. Back in Bioshock, Electro Bolt was my most used plasmid and my favorite strategy to beat enemies. Shock and Bam! Now with the traps, my favorite vigor was so useful and fun to use as I always found so entertaining to watch my enemies walk on to them.
doctorcheese | July 10, 2013 1:26 pm
Undertow! The ability to completely control your enemies is so awesome.
mesojednik | July 10, 2013 1:28 pm
Murder of the crows, Loved it fully upgraded no one stoop a chance, it really helped at the end.
danielec4 | July 10, 2013 1:28 pm
My favorite would have to be Murder of Crows. Couldn’t have beaten the Handyman without it!
way2fuzzy | July 10, 2013 1:29 pm
Charge is the most fun vigor I’ve ever had the pleasure to knock enemies off Columbia with!
jeebus | July 10, 2013 1:32 pm
Possession was awesome you got to see your enemies commit suicide
trollsalol | July 10, 2013 1:37 pm
My favorite vigor, hands down, is Undertow. When I’m battling and there are some rockets coming at me I just scoop them up and bring them to me for an easy kill. Plus, it’s an octopus/watery. Can’t ever go wrong with that.
masonthomas | July 10, 2013 1:38 pm
Return to sender, address unknown.
No such number, no such zone.
shadowsun | July 10, 2013 1:38 pm
Undertow to pull enemies to me to finish off with the China Broom or fling them off of Columbia.
terminaternavi | July 10, 2013 1:40 pm
Possession, because when in extreme danger i would control the Motorized Patriot to help me out in the battle 🙂
zombiesworld | July 10, 2013 1:40 pm
This is a tough one. But I guess I’ll go with Possession. When getting attacked by two or more Motorized Patriot it was definitely the most useful.
mirandaomega | July 10, 2013 1:47 pm
My shield? Not today! CHARGE!
thegoldenfag | July 10, 2013 1:52 pm
Devil’s Kiss especially once you’ve gotten the mini clusters on it and the feeling of just disintegrating people makes me feel great.
toledox64 | July 10, 2013 1:54 pm
Well, My favorite vigor is Murder of Crows, because it helps to distract enemies while killing machines 😛
chicgeek23 | July 10, 2013 1:55 pm
Devil’s Kiss. It has some of the best upgrades, and I love that it has the most combinations with other vigors. Really helped when I was in combat.
rthbeefstew | July 10, 2013 1:57 pm
Devil’s kiss hands down. After you max it out you can nuke pretty much any group of enemy’s that come after you wouldn’t be able to beat 1999 mode with out it!
shadowhawkx | July 10, 2013 2:04 pm
Murder of crows: It’s a group distraction, a trap (especially with the upgrades), and simply an awesome looking vigor!
psychobull3tz | July 10, 2013 2:06 pm
Bucking bronco. Being able to throw your enemy up into the air, then blasting them across the room with a shot gun. Without a doubt the most fun I had I a long time!
straxx | July 10, 2013 2:08 pm
Not sure if I want to wear it in real life, but as an Avatar heck yeah!
tiffyleeb | July 10, 2013 2:17 pm
Murder of Crows. Cause those eyeballs look delicious.
zizi | July 10, 2013 2:19 pm
Possession is clearly my favorite, it helps out in combat, keep enemy occupied and when it ends, it takes care of the poor fellow for me.
mcmackie | July 10, 2013 2:34 pm
Return to sender, the sound of effects when receiving the bullets was great and then unleashing destruction to your enemies who where the ones who created it.
buzz3070 | July 10, 2013 2:36 pm
Murder of Crows, why you ask? its the perfect vigor for those groups of pesky Vox or founders who are chasing you through the streets of Columbia. Set a trap go around a corner let them set it off, go back around and take them out with a few well place carbine or handcannon or sniper shots and just massacre them with a machine gun. It also great with dealing with handymen.
bamit11 | July 10, 2013 2:40 pm
Undertow because it is good for everything, especially a shotgun or combined with Shock Jockey.
bluewitness | July 10, 2013 2:42 pm
Shock jockey. Very versatile and works well on turrets as well as people
biobob811 | July 10, 2013 2:49 pm
Possession always got me out of sticky situations and saved me from dying multiple time(along with Elizabeth).
clockworkhands | July 10, 2013 2:55 pm
Murder of Crows, really useful and a great, unique design.
zombiechilidog | July 10, 2013 2:59 pm
Murder of crows because crows are cool and its nice to have some kick ass animal-ing.
epicbiohazard | July 10, 2013 3:03 pm
Murder of Crows. I actually don’t like birds at all, so viciously killing someone with them is awesome. And I can use it as an example as to why I don’t like birds.
“You see, this is why I don’t like the winged demons. They gang up on you, and you die.”
scheisse | July 10, 2013 3:07 pm
Return to Sender. It saved my life dozens of times on both Hard and 1999 mode. And it’s just awesome seeing bullets stop before your hands and hurling them back at Motorized Patriots.
oldskooltiger | July 10, 2013 3:11 pm
Murder of Crows. You just have to stand back and admire the beauty of evil birds pecking the life out of your victim.
davidhawk62 | July 10, 2013 3:14 pm
Devil’s Kiss for sure, laying out a minefield of exploding flaming awesomeness was great.
gnikeltrut | July 10, 2013 3:16 pm
Murder of Crows was my favorite, so useful… especially on 1999 mode.
ladelthia | July 10, 2013 3:22 pm
gotta love Murder of Crows. It was the most useful one for me. I always had it equipped.
handyman | July 10, 2013 3:24 pm
Love shock jockey. Reminded me of Rapture and the electrobolt plasmid… but better. The traps were awesome, reminded me of kryptonite destroying hordes of baddies with their electric, crystaly-y awesomeness. Infinite possibilities!
mrofl27 | July 10, 2013 3:24 pm
Bucking Bronco. Nothing satisfies me more than throwing my enemies into the air before taking them out with my shotgun!
al15an | July 10, 2013 3:24 pm
without Return To Sender I would not have beaten 1999 mode, the idea of using enemies attacks against them helped me defeat the Siren, all time favorite vigor :,)
gregmw000 | July 10, 2013 3:24 pm
Possession, it was the first and the best!
tedtier | July 10, 2013 3:24 pm
I liked and still like murder of crows, because it is fun to use and it reminds me the power of the “insect swarm” plasmid from the original bioshock, oh it was so awesome and i loved how your hand were viewed 🙂
jkslayer | July 10, 2013 3:26 pm
Possession, the motorized patriot is my bitch.
sms4001 | July 10, 2013 3:26 pm
Devil’s Kiss! burn baby burn.
addyjosh | July 10, 2013 3:27 pm
I’ve got to say Undertow. There’s nothing like pulling someone in for a point blank blast with a shotgun.
jjarmani | July 10, 2013 3:32 pm
Maxed out Devils Kiss BOOM!
muzzymate | July 10, 2013 3:34 pm
Murder of Crows was so effective at stunning the enemy and taking away life as I shot it with a conventional weapon. And the sound effect for it was pretty cool.
stormiak | July 10, 2013 3:36 pm
Undertow – and you can make close inspect of enemy pixels!
ridinlow01 | July 10, 2013 3:37 pm
Bucking bronco such a blast with that
lightningsolid | July 10, 2013 3:38 pm
Return to sender, the ability of receiving enemy bullets and throw them back was really useful in the final part.
thepinkknight | July 10, 2013 3:38 pm
Murder of crows. i probably wouldn’t have beaten 1999 mode without this vigor, besides, it brings me joy knowing that crows are distracting and ripping the flesh off my enemies while i get in close for the kill. priceless 🙂
sirpatrick07 | July 10, 2013 3:39 pm
my favorite vigor bucking bronco.. why ? because you can shoot those bastards in the sky without sweating a single drop and you can make the most awesome combinations with it .. that’s why i love bucking bronco
matavareous | July 10, 2013 3:42 pm
Murder of Crows! I love watching my enemies squirm while they are being attacked by the murderous birdies.
boyofsilence | July 10, 2013 3:54 pm
Tough to pick a favorite but ill go with Murder of Crows. Something about those bloodthirsty birds doing your bidding is just kinda awesome.
mvidaure | July 10, 2013 3:58 pm
The vigor I thought sucked my first play-through but fell in love with on 1999 Mode: Return to Sender!
deadvengeance | July 10, 2013 4:01 pm
The Vigor i loved to use was return to sender and bucking bronko
alli893 | July 10, 2013 4:07 pm
Bucking Bronco. I loved shooting them out of the sky with the shotgun!
jleclerc | July 10, 2013 4:28 pm
Shock Jockey because of the stun ability and it served as a great trap too.
joss | July 10, 2013 4:34 pm
Murder of Crows. It may not be the most efficient Vigor, but how i love to watch those crows fiercely attack my enemies… Just awesome
lombax666 | July 10, 2013 4:54 pm
Murder of Crows has to be my favourite because the name just suited it so well and I love crows! >:D
amn1398 | July 10, 2013 4:58 pm
Possession because I love making my enemies fight for me 🙂
villalobbos | July 10, 2013 5:04 pm
best vigor for me was bucking bronco because the bottle itself reminds me of that time when people spend time sculpting nice things..
aflyingwii | July 10, 2013 5:08 pm
Though bucking bronco was an early game favorite, my best was definitely shock jockey — with the right gear, there was nothing better than zapping one enemy, and headshoting him, then they guy next to him, etc.
forbidtech | July 10, 2013 5:14 pm
Shock Jockey… Hey, stun+headshot, who doesn’t love that?!
professorpurple | July 10, 2013 5:18 pm
Shock Jockey and Possession were my go to vigors on my Hardcore playthrough.
atlasg | July 10, 2013 5:42 pm
Gotta say, it has to be Murder of Crows. Without that bad boy I never would’ve have mad it through 1999 Mode.
hurricanewilky | July 10, 2013 5:52 pm
Possession,I like making enemies fight for me
mirsomething | July 10, 2013 6:11 pm
Murder of Crows: The crows work on other enemies while I finish them off.
lisamuiri | July 10, 2013 6:19 pm
I say Murder Of Crows and Charge were my top two. Just charge up smack them in the face and then Murder Of Crows was great against a group.
verenitz | July 10, 2013 6:36 pm
Murder of Crows, ftw! The feels of having birds as your allies.
megascience | July 10, 2013 8:02 pm
Possession is an amazing offensive weapon against average enemies since, as long as you keep your Salts up, you can use it to kill many enemies in succession. Of course this isn’t exactly efficient Salts-wise, but if you think you’re surrounded and need a quick way to narrow their numbers, it’s the quickest way.
Plus, if you run out of Salts, the last person you used it on helps you. 🙂
sedanell | July 10, 2013 8:03 pm
murder of crows: massive cc for my inability to hit the broad side of a barn
alishock | July 10, 2013 8:12 pm
My favorite is Shock Jockey, it’s just so fun to use the crystal traps with everyone! Except most of the Heavy Hitters, of course.
At the second half of the game I liked to use Return to Sender, though, the trap attack is as fun as Shock Jockey’s, and very, very helpful, too!
allstartc29smom | July 10, 2013 8:14 pm
Had to be Shock Jockey, but I loved Possession also. I was so sad when this game ended. Wish there’d been some upcoming DLC to look forward to.
thorintos | July 10, 2013 8:36 pm
Possession. Always nice to have someone draw enemy fire off of me.
swerdnac | July 10, 2013 9:21 pm
Undertow!! I loved picking up three or four enemies at the same time and then hitting them with my Skyhook over the edge!
icegrove | July 10, 2013 9:58 pm
My fav is the Murder of Crow as it is a cool name and a nice Vigor plus it reminds me of the Insect Swarm Plasmids from the old games.
t3hn3w13 | July 10, 2013 10:33 pm
The vigor I liked the most useful was shock jockey because it was the easiest to use.
otsirhc | July 10, 2013 11:06 pm
Murder of Crows, because the only thing cooler than Booker, is a half-bird Booker.
korishimo | July 10, 2013 11:13 pm
Possession for sure. It was the best way to get one less opponent shooting at me and one more ally to distract the other enemies. And when the vigor ended, the enemy would off himself so it preserved my ammo too. Really useful vigor.
marshmellowjay | July 10, 2013 11:15 pm
For me, Possession was the cornerstone of my playstyle. It always came first with whatever else following.
martinrocks909 | July 10, 2013 11:22 pm
SHOCK JOCKEY!!!!!!!! Cuz not only it was used in the previous bioshock series , it’s capable of stunning an enemy over and over with ur left hand using a little of salts while shooting the crap out of someone with the right:)!!!!!!
mrnanke | July 10, 2013 11:45 pm
For some reason, I always had Murder of Crows on. Probably because it made me smile on the inside,
kodiaksully | July 11, 2013 12:17 am
Possession is my favorite nothing better then getting a hand kill the enemy then he finishes himself off
andyj99 | July 11, 2013 12:33 am
I loved Bucking Bronco and Undertow to just push guys off of Columbia
riadon | July 11, 2013 1:34 am
Undertow! When I encounter enemies and have low ammo, I grab ‘em then knock them off Columbia.
misterbri07 | July 11, 2013 1:44 am
I loved Bucking Bronco, but I have to go with Undertow. I loved dragging those snipers out of their hiding spots.
klumbz | July 11, 2013 2:15 am
Shock jockey who doesn’t like zapping people and watching their head explode!?
I just made this account for this hope I win fingers crossed!!!
darkruler | July 11, 2013 2:17 am
Murder of Crows: They are tha bomb. 🙂
shadowsgrace | July 11, 2013 4:14 am
Undertow, bring em in close and then shotgun time!
phobosanoma1y | July 11, 2013 6:10 am
I love undertow, because pushing enemies off Columbia is so much fun.
cherubims | July 11, 2013 7:01 am
Shock Jockey – Love to see enemies spasm.
crimsonwings | July 11, 2013 7:10 am
Possession is awesome. Turning enemies on themselves. 😛
bloodelle | July 11, 2013 7:38 am
I loved Murder of Crows because it was creepy!
anguishedpanda | July 11, 2013 8:50 am
Has to be Murder of Crows.
Nothing better than overindulging on a kill when there is only 1 enemy around you.
npngking | July 11, 2013 8:51 am
It’s gotta be out of Devil’s Kiss and Undertow, being able to set a whole room of Vox ablaze is ridiculously fun. I like Undertow just for blasting enemies straight off Columbia, quick and effective.
beardedgoatt | July 11, 2013 9:04 am
For me, it would have to be Return to Sender. I didn’t even use it or know how to use it throughout my first playthrough but when it came to the last boss on 1999 mode, it was a life saver or should I say a generator saver. Just being able to place balls of it around the generator saved me so much sanity and gave me the glorious achievement
jinxyman | July 11, 2013 10:14 am
Shock Jockey – great way to zap the baddies long enough to take them out.
joaquin8 | July 11, 2013 11:04 am
Undertow: I just love the transformation and then using it to grab some snipers is great, I did use the throw back ability from time to time, but only when I was surrounded.
dante6499 | July 11, 2013 11:23 am
Murder of Crows, because crows are my fav bird and it’s always fun to use that Vigor.
butchcamel | July 11, 2013 11:36 am
My favorite Vigor was Undertow. Because while I was running through 1999 mode it still made me laugh every time I would push people off of the map or I would grab a couple of them and bring them close for a hand cannon to the face.
dominatx | July 11, 2013 11:55 am
My favorite Vigor was Undertow. Being able to handle 3-4 guys at a time was a real life saver. The animation for it was also my favorite. Not to mention being able to just throw enemies off of buildings and not waste ammo.
314aaron | July 11, 2013 12:00 pm
Murder of Crows. love to watch those crows fiercely attack my enemies
tjvonp | July 11, 2013 12:03 pm
Before I played, I really thought the Murder of Crows would be my favorite, but I didn’t like the way enemies reacted to it. Possession is probably my favorite, since it’s been very helpful at drawing fire away from me when I back myself into a corner. I also love the money it gets me from vending machines!
stopdropandbear | July 11, 2013 12:04 pm
Undertow! Something very satisfying about knocking guys off of Columbia with a splash. I wonder where they land?
blaze2sleep | July 11, 2013 12:07 pm
Bucking bronco has to be my favorite. There’s so many combinations you can use with it and it fun blasting enemy’s With the shotgun (favorite weapon btw).
ravenmyste | July 11, 2013 12:08 pm
my favorite is the devil kiss
exodis | July 11, 2013 12:15 pm
Gotta love the Undertow! You can push your enemies and shoot them while they’re down, or you can pull them in and take ’em down with the shot gun!
mitchattitude | July 11, 2013 12:17 pm
My favourite vigor is Murder Of Crows. There’s nothing like seeing your foes being attacked in front of your very eyes by your mini crow army!
angrysplicer | July 11, 2013 12:20 pm
undertow, because its easy to wash away enemies. literally
coca27 | July 11, 2013 12:21 pm
My vote goes for Bucking Bronco. Nothin like tossin enemies up in the air and blastin em away
tokyostomp | July 11, 2013 12:29 pm
Murder of Crows is awesome
sargonparidius | July 11, 2013 12:32 pm
How can you not love Devil’s Kiss?!
enderparadox | July 11, 2013 12:35 pm
Return to sender. Its like three vigors in one: a shield, a bomb maker, and a ammo catcher. Can’t be beat!
majindustin | July 11, 2013 12:35 pm
Undertow for sure!
kodosoup | July 11, 2013 1:30 pm
Devil’s kiss, because it is simply too cool to burn the enemies.
lackadaisical | July 11, 2013 2:25 pm
Shock Jockey: cool logo, bright shiny blue sparks for which to fry enemies. Classic!
justincase | July 11, 2013 4:05 pm
Man that was such a good part of the game…usually no games ever scare me but since there had been no jump scares up to that point, it nailed me like a train. I would have to say that my favorite vigor is Return to Sender. It was a huge suprise because I thought I had found all the vigors and I abused the heck out of it the minute I snagged it. Whats not to love from a shiel/bomb/ammo catcher. It allowed me to play the last parts of the game guns a ‘blazin.’
logictechcorp | July 11, 2013 4:13 pm
Bucking Bronco is my favorite.
pink404 | July 11, 2013 4:23 pm
DEVIL KISS is my choice Vigor.

Murder of crows for sure

marioa64 | July 11, 2013 8:52 pm
devil kiss is my favorite
beatleofrapture | July 11, 2013 10:17 pm
Murder of Crows and Shock Jockey! Murder of Crows because I enjoy the violent/unique way to kill off enemies and how they target the general area, and Shock Jockey because I’ve always naturally used that one for everything even when it was used as a plasmid in the first two Bioshocks. 🙂
whiskyankilo | July 11, 2013 11:03 pm
I don’t always use a vigor, but when I do, I prefer to CHHAAAAARRGE!
I find it very satisfying.
chince | July 11, 2013 11:12 pm
Devil’s Kiss was always my go to Vigor.
murderofcr0ws | July 11, 2013 11:35 pm
Murder of crows is by far the most brutal in my book. I mean, having your body slowly picked awake by razor sharp beaks of bloodthirsty crows just sounds like a horrible way to go. I love it!
schitso666 | July 11, 2013 11:43 pm
murder of crows because it has a very Edgar Allen Poe feel to it
rustproofmonkey | July 12, 2013 5:46 am
Best vigor – Murder of Crows
Why – Aesthetically, the vial containing this vigor is the darkest and most appealing. The introduction (with the Chinese worker) is the most brutal, the in game graphics when used in the midst of battle makes everything seem more intense. Plus functionally in game, the vigor is useful in making enemies weaker and the traps that form from the fallen provide a continous defence as long as you’ve enough bullets
tigga1369 | July 12, 2013 9:33 am
Devils Kiss hands down!
