Just before the holidays, our friends at Game Informer visited our studio for a look behind the scenes. We introduced our “Brain Trust” of longtime team members and studio leaders and shared some heretofore unknown insights into our past games, including some that never made it. You can check out the full feature story in the new February 2010 issue of Game Informer magazine on sale now or check out the web articles on GameInformer.com.

This was how I found out about the countdown I must admit (saw it on the 2K forums shortly afterwards). I recently subscribed to the Australian Game Informer, so I should be getting my copy soon hopefully. ^_^

That Game Informer visit was a good time, we had a lot of fun stepping back in time with those guys and checking out Sleep No More.

I read some stuff on Sleep No More.
Was it as good as it sounded?

Game Informer is the best Gaming magazine, I am a subscriber and will be sure to check it out.

Oh? Unreleased games/ideas?
I always thought that it’d be a neat idea for a large-scale game developer to make a small team to make ‘mini’ games. Take unused ideas (the giant file cabinet) and turn them into small-scale games like XBLA/PSN style games. ‘Casual’ games or ‘indie’ style games. Whatever you want to call it, but it’d be a great avenue to test the waters of an idea and at least, boil some creative juices.

I’m still waiting for the issue. To be honest, the “History of Irrational” article is the only reason why I want the issue. Reach on the cover? Should’ve been something else.
