Watch the first 5 minutes of BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode One. Come back to Rapture in a story that finds Booker and Elizabeth on the eve of the underwater city’s fall from grace. Get a taste of Rapture in its full glory, almost entirely built from scratch in the BioShock Infinite engine.

As great as this looks i already spent time in Rapture. Returning to it would be like trying to write a sequel to Moby Dick. Unnecessary.

I think you’re wrong. This DLC looks like it has the potential to open a lot more doors behind the story of Rapture. Due to it’s nature of starting before the downfall, I feel that it is not returning to a story yet adding to one. I am sure we will experience how the city fell and everything behind the stories of adam and little sisters etc will become apparent to us.
I really think this DLC will be awesome and I am definetly ready to find out more about Rapture.

It sounds like Booker was being drown when he woke up from his “nightmare” (I heard Rosalind Lutece- hope she will show up again with her wicked sense of humor, since the DLC seems to be very serious and heavy).
Booker always bears something as his hair shirt, this time is a doll head… Gambling screws people up every time!
In the main story, there is another Sally whose posters appear at the both Ted’s Locker in Monument Island and the secret room of the Salty Oyster (and of course, there is a voxophone, named “Sally”) . Booker also comments, “I think I knew her… ” The same girl/ woman maybe?

Ugh the anticipation and anxiety is killing me! I need this DLC and more Elizabeth in my life! Incredible tempo, look and feel, Character development, and of course voice acting. I love the bit on how Booker wakes up, gives you a good/interesting feeling about the ending of BioShock Infinite.
Awesome as always!

You and me both!

Half of me wants them to make us wait longer (in hopes for more content) and the other half wants them to release it sooner so I can play it!

Whoah. Its like what I envisioned Rapture to be pre fall was taken out of my mind and put into a game. I love Rapture and I always wanted to experience it with that noir detective vibe. Funny how that works out. I absolutely can’t wait until this is released

The Art Deco is so unbelievably breath taking. Video games as art is most definitely reinforced and validated with work like this. It’s not the pixel count or the frame rates alone that make Rapture a masterpiece, it must surely only be possible to come from an artists’ vision. Yeah, looks like Ken & crew have done it again. Absolutely beautiful guys/gals, thank you!

Im extremely excited for this!
Yes it truly is a love letter to the fans and so write to put the two leading parts of each game, rapture and liz together.
I do not feel it is wrong to go back and I eagerly await what they have planned.
Do I wish it was longer? Yes, I wonder if this maybe warranted a full game.
And I hope they do not give up on Columbia, it could still be as loved as rapture, and a city in the sky must have more stories to tell. Im greedy yes, But Columbia deserves more stories too

REFERENCES! So many references that remind of playing Bioshock and Bioshock 2.

Its amazing to see Rapture with some life in it. I love the connections made to times we’ve had in Columbia and the ones we’ve previously had in Rapture; and it all is so gorgeous. I can’t get over Elizabeth’s strut though, haha! I like it, she’s so different from the lighthearted girl we first met in Columbia–makes me very curious to see how this universe has impacted both Booker’s and Liz’s natures. Clearly it hasn’t changed Booker’s quest to “find the girl” though, just doesn’t appear to be Liz this time…

To see rapture before the madness. Is exactly what I want to see and be in. I ‘m really looking forward to this release…
